Technology products for professional photographers. Identified, designed and launched three revenue-generating SaaS products by interviewing more than 400 photographers. Launched regular weekly releases over a period of 18 months to more than 1800 customers. Successful exit - sale to a coalition of biggest customers.

○ Structured and managed an agile (SCRUM) enabled program management office (PMO) for Global BizApps team. Managed IT projects portfolio with a budget of $22 Mn and delivered several software and IT projects with high levels of business and technical complexity. Created complex solutions using Oracle Financials suite of products and custom web tools.
○ Hired, mentored and managed a team of 25 cross-functional experts, team managers and program managers across multiple geos.
○ Also created the company’s first-ever cross-functional and business flows based support team. Reduced open issues by 70% and average time to resolution by 50%.

○ Worked with CRM Online Team and provided Oracle CRM software as a hosted service (SaaS model).
○ Worked with the Industry Solutions Team and created packaged solutions for industry specific business processes (Business Flows Accelerators). Delivered market ready products in record times. The BFAs are more than $100Mn business for Oracle.
○ Created and managed a PMO team for delivering a portfolio of inter-related projects. These templates and methodologies were used by several client-facing consulting and delivery teams. Contributed extensively to the Application Implementation Methodology (Oracle AIM).
○ Also created an offshore team of 90 engineers, product managers and analysts to supplement the team in Redwood Shores.

Played several leadership roles regarding the operations, enhancements, modifications and monitoring of Order to Cash business flow.

Owned and championed several value added telecom services products. Recognized for giving valuable inputs on overall product strategy as well as tactical execution.
