Zihla Salinas

Interior design enthusiast, mother, equestrian, Zihla is Engine’s CEO of Content and Trailer Park. She is responsible for leading the strategic vision and direction of the integrated offerings across Engine’s 500+ person creative group that spans both US coasts. Under Zihla’s leadership, the division continues to hone and expand their breakthrough strategy, branding, creative, and 360 production capabilities. Previously, Zihla has held a variety of executive positions at world class digital, data-driven and creative agencies. Most recently, she has served as EVP, Managing Director of DonerLA, CMO of RAPP, as well as SVP, Strategy and Development of MDC Partners.
On the weekends, you can find Zihla hanging out with her husband and kids, or riding her horses.
