Charlie graduated from London University with a degree in History and Politics. He joined Ogilvy & Mather on their graduate training programme.
Charlie joined BBH in January 1999. He was appointed Joint Head of Account Management in 2000, Deputy Managing Director in 2004 and Managing Director in 2008.
