Claire Whigham

Claire Whigham is the Chief Creative Officer of McGarrah Jessee, an independent creative agency in Austin. In 2019, Claire made the move from 72andSunny Los Angeles where she spent the past seven years leading the Google account and working on brands like Starbucks, Dropbox, Allstate. Over the course of her career she has launched several generations of the iPhone, a set of Rolexes, a host of Google Home / Nest products, membership apps for Coors Light and Starbucks, and the iPad. Claire’s passionate about making great work, and also making this crazy advertising life sustainable for real people with real lives. She has worked in New York, LA, Amsterdam and London, and managed to also raise two children along the way (all of which has helped her hone her ability to fall asleep on a plane—currently that takes about 2 minutes).
