Thomas Wildberger started his career in 1993 at Leo Burnett in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1996, he moved to Hamburg, Germany where he worked as a Copywriter for 2 years at Springer & Jacoby before becoming Creative Director at Jung von Matt – both agencies are among the most awarded in Germany. In 2002, Thomas moved to Berlin, Germany and started working as a Freelancer for some of the most creative agencies in the country. Five years later he established Römer Wildberger, a full service agency with 10 employees. He has since sold his shares to his partner and moved back to Zurich where he became Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Switzerland. Under his leadership the agency has gone through a creative renaissance, winning countless awards for key accounts like UBS, SWISS or Salt at all relevant award shows worldwide. Thomas is current Advertiser of the Year in Switzerland, member of the Art Directors Club Germany and board member of the Art Directors Club Switzerland. In his new role as CEO he will drive forward our initiative "Power of One" and captain the agency into a new era.
