Happiness is in the little things of life. To launch Manulife Vietnam’s new positioning in Vietnam, we launched special Happiness Stores during Christmas – a store that only accepts the currency of happiness. One can perform a small joyful act and get a ‘Happy Coin’ and use it to buy a gift for their friends, family or loved ones. These small acts include dancing, skipping with your partner, spinning a wheel of fortune, singing a song, cycling with your friend, and more. The campaign was a big success reaching over 7 million people online and engaging 3000 people offline and online. Brand love shot up and Manulife cemented their position as a crowd favourite.
