剧情简介 | Reading fiction for just 6 minutes can lower your stress levels up to 68%, according to a study. Dutch health insurer Zorg en Zekerheid wanted to help the stressed-out millennial generation. So it launched its own publishing imprint: Six Minute Stories. Young, popular writers were asked to write stories that clear your head in just 6 minutes. The books were designed in the familiar shape of a smartphone, but they were only available physically. No distractions, less stress, just a good read. |
