Instead, it presents Gastón Acurio, the main promoter of this vision of Peruvian gastronomy, as an MC opening and closing a speech that extrapolates various connotations of the verb “eat” towards the different angles and links this gastronomical phenomenon reaches, triggering the active participation of the people. |
