The New York Festivals Torch Awards have announced the 2015 Finalist teams that will compete in the 60-Second Spot Challenge taking place in NYC on May 20th. The teams will get a chance to sit in with members of the 2015 Executive Jury in order to solidify their pitches, before presenting them at the end of the day. The winners will be announced the following day at the New York Show gala.
