Last year, it endorsed its business model during the pandemic and achieved a growth of 52% when compared to 2019. With a Phygital thinking, which connects the physical and digital worlds both in communication and in sales channels, the agency has developed several products (CDPs) that solve the most diverse problems in retail and acts in many cases in the Success FEE model, directly connected to the results of its customers.
