| Brief | Like many, the possibilities of AI had our interest. The thing with AI is, that it is mind-blowing that with only a few clicks and prompts, the most amazing imagery and stories come out. Yet this little effort took some away of that magic. How could we bring that back? And how could we turn AI into a physical experience?Our office is filled with many retro gadgets. One of them being a 1960s telephone switchboard that was rebuilt as an AI photobooth. One that turns your digital selfie into an analogue work of art.A photobooth that - by using the plugs in the switchboard - makes your photo look like it was made by different artists and influenced by different art movements. With the output being a portrait printed as a polaroid, captured by a camera and generated by AI. |
