Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet appoints Havas CX helia to lead its B2B marketing strategy and content strategy

Havas CX helia has been appointed to lead the B2B marketing strategy and content strategy for one of the UK’s leading business vehicle leasing companies, Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet - following a competitive pitch which started in November 2022.

The new account, which will be led out of the agency’s Cirencester office, will see Havas CX helia support Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet’s ambition to become the number one fleet contract provider worldwide, charged with leading digital, website and marketing automation development and delivery.

In 2021, Volkswagen Group UK and Volkswagen Financial Services UK appointed Havas CX in London as its retained CRM partner. In addition to its existing remit, this new appointment sees Havas CX helia now delivering services spanning several capabilities across numerous parts of the Volkswagen business.
