Starting with Unilever brands that were market leaders to a local life insurance brand, I have thoroughly loved turning around stagnant brands, seen a brand through to success after a total factory burn down and am currently enjoying breathing life in to a life insurance brand post a complete repositioning to nurture it from number 5 in the market to number 3 in just 3 years. Thanks to the brilliant creative and other external teams, we have been able to become the brand of the year in just 3 years of repositioning and have won global and APAC level Smarties awards, Warc media awards( some of the highest global marketing accolades for Sri Lanka). An ardent connoisseur of any marketing awards forum as I firmly believe that such forums fuels passion for creative greatness but more importantly helps both client and agency teams stay rooted to brand strategy and basic fundamentals whilst unlocking magic.
