Now in my fifth year working within the advertising industry, I've developed the ability to solve problems and find better ways to manage situations. While producing stand-out campaigns is something that excites me, I thrive off the challenge of overcoming the tough days with a calm mind and building strong relationships with my clients and my colleagues. I'm about interrogating the work to achieve higher levels of success for the company and its partners, seeking out revenue opportunities, winning against the odds and finding more effective solutions to deliver stronger results. In 2010 I commenced the role of QLD State Marketing Manager at Australian Therapeutic Supplies, for which Four Seasons Condoms is owned. Working across integrated brand campaigns, new product innovation, sponsorship and events.
In 2016, I am currently focused on developing our existing product range and extending growth strategies for the upcoming year.
A highlight whilst working here has been developing our Condoms for Africa program, where we personally delivered 200,000 condoms to the Ugandan people in 2015. I worked on building a relationship with the Ugandan Ministry of Health, for whom we now have an ongoing partnership with.
