Prior to INNOCEAN USA, Chad was with holding company, MDC, where he successfully guided the pitching and prospecting efforts at agencies 72 and Sunny, CP+B, Anomaly and dozens more, winning accounts like TRUTH, Charles Schwab, MERCK and others. Before MDC, Chad was the CMO at Deutsch LA for a five-year run which saw the agency land Sony PlayStation, HTC, Target, Snapple, Volkswagen, Dr Pepper, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Taco Bell. Early in his career Chad was with McCann Erickson, Arnold and Team One working on McDonalds, Lexus and Hyatt Hotels. Chad likes Cats, Candles and Baths. And Ice Cream. And Sudoku. Kidding.
