Joachim made the natural comedy progression from speedway racer to journalist to copywriter. In his years in adland he worked at DDB and Likeminded writing some of Denmark’s most awarded creative campaigns.
After working with some of the great Scandiwegian directors he started directing himself in 2002. In a short time he’s won a Cannes Gold, three Eurobest golds, three Epica golds and 19 Danish Advertising Awards. These sit alongside his trophy for the national speedway championship which he won in 1990.
