I'm the founder and Chief Creative Officer of independent creative agency Above+Beyond and The Beyond Collective, the independent marketing services group. I started life in PR, spent half a decade as a songwriter and music producer for Universal Music Group, and after a short stint in the film business I ended up in advertising, founding Above+Beyond in 2012 with the view that audiences were now defining culture and communication, not bands. From the success of Above+Beyond and its rise to the ranks of the UK's top independent agencies, we've gone on to create companies that service brands across the whole audience journey, from media to strategy, social and design.
