Tom Townsend, Chief Creative Officer of Rodgers Townsend in St. Louis, is co-founder of the agency and over 20 year veteran to the advertising industry. Rodgers Townsend was founded in 1996, when Tom and partner, Tim Rodgers, left D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, one of the largest firms in the world at the time.

Prior to Rodgers Townsend, Tom spent ten years at DMB&B/St. Louis, most recently as Senior Vice President/Group Creative Director, where he led the advertising efforts on Blockbuster Video, Blockbuster Music, Southwestern Bell, and M&M/Mars ? Milky Way, Twix, Skittles, and Combos snacks. His work has won literally hundreds of awards, and has been recognized by Communication Arts, The One Show, The Radio Mercury Awards, the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO, and ABC Television?s ?Funniest Commercials You?ve Never Seen.?
