Business Director - £NEG, dependent on salary x a few roles!!

We are keen to speak to a range of Business Director level candidates, but our needs are quite specific with regards to these roles! 

We work with a wide range of agencies and we're starting to see a few small green shoots, but as the world and agency landscape changes, and brands need change, it's becoming clear that CRM, effectiveness and direct response led comms / creative work is going to be an even bigger growing trend for the 2nd half of this year.

We are working with a global led creative / integrated agency and also a top 5 network agency. Another one of our clients is a digital and CRM led agency. They are keen to speak to Business Director level candidates who have solid experience across CRM, direct response and more performance led integrated work. 

The first role is for a Business Director who has a very solid understanding of CRM led activity. We need a true expert in this space and a Business Director who can lead and direct a substantial piece of business. At the moment it's a freelance / contract led Business Director until they can finalise all of the details, but it's key that we find a Business Director who can come in, work with senior management and really lead potentially a huge piece of business. From a CRM point of view, you need to be a Business Director who is a forward thinking candidate. Someone who has led future facing tech led CRM work, and someone who understands how to navigate through martech led CRM work. This is a top end level BD role, so we need someone who has at least 10 - 15 years experience, someone who is a Business Director working at the top 5 CRM led agencies and you would have managed meaty clients with lots of deliverables across CRM led work.

We are also keen to speak to a Business Director who has a very strong integrated background, but with a real focus around brand, integration and effectiveness led campaigns. We are seeing our clients move away from brand led work and focus on sales led activity, so work that really has a huge impact on the bottle line of a business. We are therefore looking for a Business Director who has led multimillion pound pieces of business and really directed large integrated accounts. Ideally you'll be a Business Director who has worked on fast paced clients - think utilities, financial services, retail, etc... We need a Business Director who can partner with clients and direct their business, this is an absolute must. You will understand how effectiveness works, you might be someone who has worked on a travel or retail brand, and the core of your work has focused around delivering integrated led sales activity, and you can work across all comms channels, including TV, digital and ATL. The key thing for us is finding a Business Director who has worked at a top level and can really demonstrate working on similar activity, someone who has worked at leading integrated agencies is key. 

Finally we need a Business Director who is a bit of both! Someone who has worked in heavy CRM led campaigns, but they're part of the integrated activity you've delivered.
