Previous experience: Will started his marketing career as a Graduate Trainee with British Airways in New York working in marketing on the premium cabins including Concorde, First Class and Club World. Returning to the UK in 1995 to do a Masters in Marketing, he worked with AGB Taylor Nelson on Superpanel. He joined McCann Erickson in 1998, first in a strategic marketing role and then in 2000 as New Business Director for McCann Erickson Windsor. In 2001 he became Marketing Director for the McCann Erickson UK & Ireland delivering three years of double digit growth. Following roles as Marketing Director for WCRS/EHS Brann, WTCS and Publicis London. In 2007 he became an Intermediary at Agency Assessments International and set up HAI Consulting in 2012.
