Xav joined us in early 2016 from Adam and Eve. His previous agencies include BBH, Claydon Healey and AIS, giving him broad experience across the industry.
He wears it lightly, though, and has a reputation for honesty, integrity, consistency, and openness. He instils those qualities through the whole team, too. Former clients describe him as one of the best account men they’ve ever worked with, who always balances the client’s business need with the best creative solution. He always pushes for more, always wants quality, always builds strong relationships to make things happen within the creative proceeds.
He’s a strategic thinker, and a business man. He believes in running tight, efficient teams, in which the account handlers keep a constant eye on the budget, while his passion for creative is infectious. And he makes sure his team rallies behind the work (as long as it's on brief).

Tracey started her career as a Suit with Lowe Howard Spink in the halycon advertising days of the 1990s, where she was part of an agency who delivered award-winning work for clients such as Tesco, Stella Artois, and News International.
She moved client-side to Lloyds TSB before having a number of years running her own consultancy, working for numerous intermediaries and agencies advising on client/agency relationships and new business best practice. She then moved back into agency world, joining Havas helia (then EHS Brann) and taking them to Agency of the Year, before joining DLBi and working with Kitcatt Nohr and Digitas LBI.
Tracey joined Havas as Creative Group CMO in September 2015 before being promoted to Europe and UK Group CMO – a role in which she oversees new business and marketing for Havas’ media and creative agencies in the UK and across Europe
Dom joined Havas helia in 2019 as managing Director. She is an Integrated International Marketer and has a wealth of customer engagement, social programmatic and broadcast experience. Dom is a specialist in creating integrated teams that brings data, creative and technology together.
Dom currently leads the Compare the Market and Tesco accounts. Prior to this, she has extensive agency experience working for blue-chip clients including; GSK, Public Health England, Boots, BT, American Express and British Airways.
In a career spanning over 20 years, David has worked with worldwide brands across a range of cultures and territories: from London to Russia, Dubai to Mexico. At various agencies along the way, he has shaped marketing strategies and lead fully integrated campaigns for the likes of Vodafone, Volvo and Tesco. His deep understanding of consumers and brands is also informed by client-side experience at Cineworld and as Head of Direct for O2.
David believes that understanding people is the most important part of what he does. As Managing Director of Havas helia, he is passionate about developing a culture where both ground-breaking creativity and commercial awareness are rewarded.
He believes that his responsibility is to help everyone in the agency produce outstanding work. And that the best way to achieve this is by creating a workplace where people work hard and have fun even when they’re up against it, where they focus on doing what they love, and where everyone shares his energy, positivity and ambition.
Stuart began his career at Profero in 2000, winning Cannes Lions for his work on MINI and the COI. After moving to Dare in 2006 he oversaw work on Sony, Barclays and BMW helping the agency to be recognised as Campaign’s Digital Agency of the Decade.
In 2010, Stuart left Dare to co-run the multi-award winning production studio Pirata, where he successfully pitched for Team GB’s 2012 digital account and went to create their One Show winning Olympics services. In 2015, Stuart was part of the D&AD digital design jury, an organisation that he is particularly passionate about, having previously mentored and judged within their New Blood initiative.
For the last 4 years, Stuart has creatively directed McLaren F1’s digital channels – a client that enables him to merge his love of cars and data. As Creative Director at Havas London, he is passionate about creating experiences that not only look beautiful but drive benefit for both the client and the consumer.
Ol Janus is Havas helia’s Group Head of Data, having re-joined the agency from Ogilvy – where he led its data practice – in 2017. He is responsible for future-proofing the agency’s data capability so that the business continues to lead the way in the industry, while integrating both creative and media services for its clients within Havas’ purpose-built Kings Cross Village.
Janus has 25 years’ experience – including a 10 year stint at Havas helia between 2003-2014, where he held roles including MD and Global Data Director – planning, developing and implementing multi-channel data strategies for clients such as Nestle, Public Health England, BT, Diageo, BlackRock and Unilever to ensure that they deliver engaging customer experiences by optimising their data assets.
Over the past 10 years, Ol has been helping clients through their digital transformation strategies by providing clear, cost effective, actionable and innovative data solutions & toolkits, ensuring they have the right data, tech, systems and people to take advantage of the evolving digital opportunities.
With nearly 20 years of experience in Customer Engagement agencies including EHS Brann, RAPP and Kitcatt Nohr, Lucy joined Havas helia earlier this year to head up Strategy and Planning on flagship accounts Tesco and Compare the Market.
Lucy is passionate about understanding what motivates our consumers to respond in the way in which we want, and creating the meaningful value exchange that she believes all meaningful relationships have at their heart.
