Mona has overseen iconic, award-winning brands in CPG, spirits, luxury, hospitality, healthcare, automotive and technology. Clients include Mini Cooper, General Mills, SNICKERS, ABI InBev, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Wellstar Health, GE, Clinique and Coca-Cola. Non-profit partnerships include the Ad Club of NY, Central Park Conservancy, AdCouncil and Ignite National.
She’s also a Board Member of Fearless Beauty, a non-profit organization that empowers women impacted by institutional and social injustice through cosmetology education. The organization has built communities globally, from rural India to Rikers Island, and most recently, a partnership with the Women's Prison Association in NY.
In the role International Managing Director and Partner of Serviceplan Markus Noder, born in 1973, has been heading the internationalization of the Serviceplan Group since 2011. In January 2018, Noder was appointed a Managing Director of the Serviceplan Group Holding, additional to his position as Managing and Partner Director of Serviceplan International. Noder is responsible for the agency Group’s international strategy, and under his leadership he has accelerated the global footprint of Serviceplan Group. After expanding into China in 2013 where there is now an agency in Beijing and Shanghai, in 2018 Serviceplan Group expanded its reach even further into North America, with the opening of a House of Communication in New York. In addition to its German locations in Munich, Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin and Cologne, further Houses of Communication have come to Vienna, Zurich, Paris, Milan, Brussels and Dubai with further affiliate branches in Moscow, Delhi, Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul. Prior to this, Markus Noder had been Managing Partner and co-founder of Liquid Campaign since 2008, an independent, international full-service agency with offices in Germany, Russia, India and Korea. Between 2000 and 2008, he worked at Interone, where he became the Managing Director of Interone Worldwide in 2006, also working in the field of internationalization. During this time, he was responsible for the opening of new locations in China, South Korea, Russia, India and the Middle East.
