Shiona is responsible for leading RAPP’s strategic global offering across the network which spans APAC, Europe and The Americas, working on brands such as Virgin Media, PayPal, Ford and PokerStars.
Over the past 8 years, Shiona has driven major changes in client communication strategies, leading to increased integration across client business, significant commercial successes and award-winning creative work, including a number of DMA gold awards. As their trusted strategic partner, she has led her clients to deliver true integration across multiple channels, placing insight, technology and data at the heart of an enhanced customer experience.
Prior to RAPP, she worked client side as Marketing Director at Virgin Wines and Harper Collins where she pioneered e-CRM best practice and led digital transformation.

With 15 years’ tenure at RAPP Worldwide, Marco assumed the role of Global CEO in June 2016. Most recently, as President, RAPP EMEA & APAC - EVP, Global Clients, Marco led RAPP’s international growth initiatives to build a relevant network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia – including the opening of RAPP offices in Berlin, Singapore, China and Dubai, all within 2016. Since joining RAPP Worldwide, he’s built an extremely robust brand for the agency internationally and is often noted for his ability to develop strong relationships with global clients. Prior to joining RAPP, Marco served in various roles, across multiple verticals and regions, at global agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy.
